I use a technical and pedagogical lens to transform complex requirements into scalable curricula. Using frameworks like SAM and ADDIE, I design learning paths that reduce cognitive load and drive enterprise performance.

As a strategic partner, I work with SMEs to perform a through review of learning content—separating essential details from "nice-to-know" info. The result is a streamlined, high-impact solution focused entirely on behavioral outcomes. I also use GenAI to optimize the "build" phase, allowing more time for quality control and accuracy.

Learning is only effective if it’s adopted. I design for the ecosystem, ensuring that deployment strategies align with enterprise-wide change management goals, technical onboarding requirements, and internal communication flows.
